im getting really depressed when i look at height/weight charts at my height (4 10") normal weight is 90 -110 but my doctor told me like 3 yrs the skinniest i could be was 130 ... when i look at all the extra fat i have i think i could at least be at 125 120 if i really try but im always going to be overweight on the doctors chart i have way too much muscule in my legs and i looks stupid. im a size 7 and the smallest i can be is a size 5 and thats a great size .... for someone that doesnt have to still hem short cut jeans. ive been eating 1000 cals for the last 2 weeks and working out as much as i can and i havent seen 133 yet just going from 134 to 136 everyday i start out good and happy at 134 and then bam at the end of the day i gain two pounds of poop... but idk if its going to go aways tomorrow ... i couldnt stay at 136 and then start going back up. im just so tried of working out and feeling guilty everytime i have a snack (if i ever do)... for a short person its even harder to eat b/c whats a diet for everyone else is just a normal, not trying to lose weight diet for me. im cracking and im on the verge of becoming anna to lose my last 14 lb its like i wish i had friends to help me through all this but all i have is my bf and he doesnt like when i talk about my weight so i cant even talk to him about it and when i try to talk to my mom she just thinks im weird or like im rubbing it in her nose that i lost 60 lbs and she gained weight ... im just lost
134.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why don't you put your focus on losing fat and not just the weight. Focus on eating plenty of lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. You can eat more whole foods and lose than junky processed stuff. Having muscle is a good thing. The more muscle you have, the leaner healthier and stronger you will be. You will also burn more calories at rest. Don't focus on charts. They don't tell the whole picture. Do some research in to eating clean and losing fat. Oxygen magazine is good and Muscle Fitness Hers. You may not want to look like the covers, but you can change your body composition with some effort. Start doing some strength training/circuit training a few times a week. If you can afford it, hiring a personal trainer for a month or so might also help put you on the right path. Frist you have to determine what your goals are and then take steps to achieve them. Losing weight makes you a smaller version of what you are now (which may or may not include flab, lol). The working out part builds muscle and makes you look great with or without clothes. Losing weight isn't easy. Focus on being the best you can be and remember you will forever have to watch what you eat and exercise. Good luck!
