I generally weighed in after seven days most of the time, though this time I had put weight on, had exercised a lot more, ate a lot better, drank less alcohol etc. so left it for a few days more and it went down by three pounds, great news, another step along the long road of weight loss.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
