I haven't exercised for many years so with the challenge starting tomorrow I thought I would look at a few types and ways of doing it on YouTube.I know I am not motivated enough to do it alone. I am starting with the easiest I can find and see how I progress and hopefully, I will make it a habit as time goes on. I see this first exercise as the bottom rung of the ladder - surely I will be able to make an improvement by the end of the eight weeks.
