Well it's as good a day to start on my diet as any other and because I'm starting a diet maybe it's better than most! Motivation is high and Maybe with some help from the good folks on this web site.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
