No change. That's good. Maybe I'm pizza'ed out. Now to get rid of the birthday celebrations. No sweat. Back to the diet before it turns to fat. Onwards and downwards. 😊
146.4 lb Lost so far: 64.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
