Mmmmmm Pizza was delicious last night!
150.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

He gave me a beautiful card with a part that I can remove and keep in my wallet that has a poem on it. I got a gift certificate for a spa here called En Vogue Day Spa, so I have $200 to spend on an afternoon of pampering! I've been there before so I am really excited to try out another body wrap, get a massage and then a spa pedicure! :)

:) He was going to buy me new clothes ( very glad he didn't! LOL) but he had no idea what size I am now. Actually I don't even know what size I am as I haven't gone shopping yet other than through some old clothes. Besides, going by what the store says a size is really doesn't always work out. Glad he went with the spa instead as it is my favorite kind of gift!

Smart man! I've been shopping at thrift stores. My favorite has random colors of tags for a buck! It's so much fun to reward myself with something so cheap. It's good stuff too. I am learning how to shop by labels. It's so cool to watch the sizes go down. I started at 16-18 now I'm 8-10....1 or 2X to M or S. I used to reward myself with treats, this is much more conducive to staying strong on the diet.
