All good. Remember my new way of eating means enjoying yourself and relaxing my food choices occasionally, especially on my bday week. And yes that's this week. Even had bday cake last night, which is probably the 900 g gain overnight. But I know next week when I'm again following my new way of eating the weight will drop off again. Sugar calories do just drop off quickly unless you keep eating them. Then they turn into fat. So a friend stayed over, and I still have family visiting over the weekend. All good. Remember, have you ever seen a ninety year old on a diet? No. Find the way of eating that works for you. Everything in moderation. Allow yourself to relax. Enjoy going out for lunch or dinner, don't fear it. Check menus before you go if you can. Ask if you're unsure of lower calorie options. Get sauces on the side. Veges instead of chips. Beware hidden sugars in sauces too. Then come home and follow your new way of eating again without the guilt. You're worth it. Enjoy your weekend. I am. . . . Still. Lol. 😂
