Only 2 pounds lost this month (started at 234), but I lost 25 pounds in about 10 weeks, so maybe my body is just catching up. I AM losing more inches, which is good.

For some reason, I am SO hungry tonight, and I have already had 1800 cals. I might just have to eat something else - but it has to be either protein or veggies... If I wait, I can eat fruit at 10:22. I might just have water in 30 minutes and see if I still feel this way.
