Doing better since logging. BS 83 and wt. down. Drink more water Marie. I'm not thirsty, but I have that ugly sweaty feeling and just didn't feel that great yesterday. Working on macros and decreasing my protein intake.
194.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
