lots of fiber - banana, Karen's grain bars ×2, Odwalla nut bar, dinner=Subway 6" Subway Club, Baked BBQ chips, fewer snacks
234.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
