Yay! Down 4 lbs! Most likely water weight but it feels good to see progress. I feel so much better when I get my 8 glasses of water in but its such a challenge as well. If its a busy work day, I have little to no time to fill my water bottle. The downside, always running to the bathroom! Good for the kidneys though :)
