Today is Monday, April 23, 2012 and my goal is to lose 3 pounds this week.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 April 2012:
1565 kcal Fat: 59.75g | Prot: 42.75g | Carb: 230.61g.   Breakfast: coffee, chopped pecans, pancake, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch: chicken nugget, popcorn , banana, orange , macaroni and cheese. Dinner: coffee, hawaiian bread roll, wishbone ranch dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, stir fry cabbage, rotisserie chicken. Snacks/Other: coffee, cinammon grahams bites, nestle semi sweet chocolate chips, fisher chopped pecans, edys , Nonfat Chocolate Frozen Yogurt. more...
