Ok, I was really hoping I didn't do as bad & that my workout yesterday would have been a counter balance, guess not. I really need to not let my stress get to me. My goal this week, no cheating. Stay strong.
175.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 11.2 lb a week
