12st.12lbs , Hiit training starts today , with pre packed meals , that are protein rich and high fibre , 2 large bottles of water 4 ltrs! xx
180.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
