ugh, I've been really inconsistent. We had company which threw me off, and as I've been trying to get back on track the Mother in Law came in for a surprise visit (along with all her junk food). I've also been sick with something... see the doc later this week. I'll ride it out one way or another, hopefully I can minimize moving backwards.
