Went out for our 25th anniversary last evening. Nervous since we've only eaten out about twice since starting this WOE in August. Got the fresh swordfish, and salad topped with roasted salmon. Avoided the bread basket completely! Even indulged in a glass of wine for me and a martini for hubby. Down almost a pound and a half this morning! Love Keto. No other diet has curbed my cravings like this one. Feel good. Energy up. Ready for life!
112.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
