So the scale is not moving... i feel thiner though. And my clothes are not as tight... but still a long way to go
141.1 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Never judge your progress by scale weight alone. Sometimes you can even get heavier yet slimmer :)

BBO i have decided to ignore the scale... im going to judge by b4 and after photos

Photos itself can mislead depending on the angle the photos are taken, the lighting on you, etc. Get a tape measure and measure yourself : waist, thighs, arms, bum, chest, tummy. That will be much more accurate to compare.
