So I'm back lol. Im now 60kg. But I kind of still feel like I'm not that bad. Nevertheless, im aiming to get back to 55kg... within 1 month. Let's see if i can do it.Im now convinced... its not so much tge number on the scale... its also the cms

I am now 58kgs. I abandoned all the diets and started eating smaller portions of food. Currently I hardly feel hungry. I have breakfast and dinner. Dont crave much junk anymore and feeling sexier than ever! Even my skin is so clear.
