started my new job, still getting used to the new schedule, the new dietary things (making my own lunches), the new exercise regime (where can I find the time?)... this weight
depresses me, but it is only my fault. I broke it, it is my job to fix it.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
