Well, this is my very last day of the Maintenance Phase....Tomorrow I can start to introduce starchy carbs back into my diet! Woohoo! I have no idea what the first one will be, but I know I will just try one serving tomorrow, then maybe two the next day....and so on. My most missed food has got to be PIZZA!!!!

I know I sure learned a lot through this whole 10 1/2 week experience on HCG!!! I really think that even though I am not on this diet any longer, for the most part I will keep a sugar free diet and watch my starchy carbs closely. I think limiting sugars and starches really can be a huge benefit to weight loss, as in the past I never really was one to believe it would make a big difference to cut out certain foods. I always thought no matter what I did I would never lose weight. Now I am a believer!!! Don't get me wrong, I will have treats now and again, but I will keep it in check. I am going to continue with healthy eating and I am going to start exercising regularily and hopefully I can lose another 10 lbs on my own. I didn't make my goal weight of 150, but I did come close!! Tomorrow I will set another goal and work towards the new one on my own!

HCG gave me the much needed jump start and the boost of self esteem I am very thankful for!
150.8 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Aww you are so kind Mary! Thanks for the pleasant compliments!! I am glad to have people on this site I can converse back and forth with and share. This is the first time I started and finished any kind of weight loss program - I call it being a Guinea pig, lol - I have been a skeptic about following certain programs and in the past I always gave up and didn't follow through any of them. I really hope I can show others out there that anything is possible if you give it a good fair chance! It was hard but I really didn't cheat during P2 on this program. I did have some indulgences during P3 but they thankfully didn't have a negative effect. I have 2 good friends starting out now as well as my own mother so I am really happy to be able to support them and help them out! My mom has lost 5 lbs already! Yay!

This is fun, isn't it! I've dropped so much that everyone is asking how they can do it... I've given the number for the gal that I get mine from to at least 6 women. I wish everyone could give this a try that has a weight problem. It WAS challenging, but so doable. I struggled with the last round but I think it was mostly hormones. I went a little crazy with the peanuts and cheese yesterday so I'm doing a yogurt day today. Keep up the good work! We are so worth it!

Hey Zenwolf, I am on Round 2 and have 13.5 lbs to go to my ideal weight. The maintenance phase 2 and 3 were great on Round 1. I am looking forward to it again.

Excellent Short!!! Reaching that goal weight is very exciting and I am very happy for you - you are almost there!! In no time you will be and it will feel amazing!
