Really examined my diet this week & found that I was overdoing breakfasts! Given I was never a breakfast person, I found this surprising. For the upcoming week, I plan to make sure I have fruit at work for that midafternoon snack. Order a couple more DVD's for working out to add some variety to keep the exercise momentum going. 7 3/4 months since I started tracking my workouts & still going. Very proud of that!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
