wow its amazing what a week of very little carbs and tons of water and exercise will do. 5lbs gone....3lbs is definitely just water retention but i feel 100% better.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.3 lb a week
