i worked real hard on the wii only got 149 calories im weighing my self on the first i have alot to do at work i am going to try to break the coffee habit starting today too much fat and calories
136.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
