Started this new plan yesterday....was doing medifast for a while and it was too calorie restrictive to really exercise and build muscle tone. Am really excited my first and second day have gone really well. Cooked plenty to make sure i had good choices and wouldnt be tempted to cheat. Have not been hungry at all and am pleased with my first couple days. If anyone has any tips or suggestions please pass them my way.
238.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.7 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
