I ate popcorn yesterday and a whole cube of butter on it and still dropped one of the pounds from the biscuits on saturday. I wonder how much I would have dropped if I hadn't eaten 100 carbs of popcorn.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
