had a pretty good day yesterday eventhough i went over my RDI...but i'm trying so it was an ok day!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1936 kcal Fat: 56.42g | Prot: 111.04g | Carb: 267.05g.   Breakfast: cinnamon burst cheerios, skim milk. Lunch: maruchan, rold gold, cucumber, nature's own double fiber, kraft mayonnaise, Natural Choice Smoked Sliced Deli Ham. Dinner: garlic mashed potatoes kroger, corn, flame grilled, grilled chicken, grilled chicken , dreyer's sugar free. Snacks/Other: great value fat free yogurt, strawberry, banana. more...
