I ate biscuits and cafe rio salad on saturday and I was up three pounds this morning. Such a bummer!
268.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Lovie stop weighing yourself so much. At max you should be weighing yourself once a week. Your weight is going to fluctuate for many different reasons including water retention, building muscle, your period. So just keep it up and make sure you are measuring yourself as well as keeping track of your weight. You may not lose weight according to the scale but you may be losing inches.
