Well, I gained almost 1 pound back but not bad considering that my last weight loss last week was a bit larger because of being sick. So hopefully next week I'll have another pound or two to report. I did walk 2 miles this weekend and rode a bike for the first time in YEARS so I'm happy. :)
153.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
