300lbs at 20 years old NEEDS MOTIVATION
You can do this! Anyone can if they put their mind to it. I agree with planning and the other stuff mentioned. This is the first time that I've been able to lose weight. I've learned a lot each time that i've tried and don't kick myself for it. I am now who I am now. But now I am doing all the different things that I've learned like: eating earlier in the day, not eating late at night, varying my exercise, drinking water before lunch and dinner and right after exercising, I am conscious of my calorie intake and my calories burned but I don't deprive myself of anything. I just eat smaller portions and more often. Guess what? Every little thing makes a difference and now I'm finally losing weight, feeling good, and I'm sticking to it. And you can do the same! If you mess up a day or two, just get right back on track. Remember that you are closer to losing the weight than you've ever been before!
