I'm starting today!! No excuses.

I have my diet from Core Performance - which is not based on calories, but clean eating. 6 small meals during the day.

Breakfast is easy - I already have good habits for that... but my afternoon snack of canned spinach is going to be rough.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
