OK! Lost about 4 lbs this week... Very exciting. I have basically been watching everything I eat very closely since I have recently been diagnosed with hypertension (adding it to my diabetes). So that means its time to lose weight!! Just have to keep this up! :)
156.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
