I've been doing my dance exercise for a couple of weeks now. Weight has been a bit of a yo-yo. I'm blaming the extra processed carbs i've been having lately.

But I'm feeling a lot happier than I have been in a long time. Starting to eat more salad type stuff with my proteins.


I thought I better take a before shot. Though my calves are looking awesome lol!
242.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 132.3 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

Look up 16:8 intermittent fasting, really helped me drop the weight
