scale was all over the place, but with the eating holiday, not making it to the gym, a lot of habitual munching in the kitchen, and shorting on sleep almost every day, it's not inconceivable.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
