had an ok weekend! went on a 2hr kayak ride yesterday and did some cardio this morning! i still ate and drank a bunch of cr*p though grrrr
178.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
