I'm now on meds to help me get my stress in order so I can focus on getting fit. I've been so sleepy during the day that I take my lunch to nap and I should be walking. I'm working to get people in my area together to have exercise with and get fit for life. I'd even be willing to cook for them a day a week if they are willing to share what they cook for me another day. It would reduce preparation time down. Eating alone isn't so much fun either. I get in from work after my family has already eaten. At least I no longer live alone. One step at a time and I'll results. I'll be so glad to get some of this in order so I can focus on getting my Project Management Certification studies completed and the PMP test out of the way for some fun ahead.
