Well, it's only been a week, and I've been really watching what I eat. Keeping track on here is helping me identify when I should be pulling back and getting my portions back under control. Today is a rest day for exercise. Will have to do some measurements and pictures again this weekend. Getting closer to my goal.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
