After weeks of Tae Bo mixed with a little running, I've switched to the 30 Day Shred. I did two days of level 1 and just finished my first day of level 2. It's tough, but the fact that it's only 30 minutes is awesome!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
