Ok, that was a good day. I didn't keep track of everything but I think I kept the calorie count at the 2000 range. After supper, I did manage to stave off a craving for ice cream. It was difficult because I saw a new container in the freezer. Anyway, a good day and I am down again. Yeah!
281.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
