horrible 4 day weekend :o( I don't even know how much chocolate i had and I didnt even get to exercise! I did squeeze 30 mins in yesterday and my 10 mins abs today...but for 4 days I did nothing but run around like a headless chicken! (my sister is out of town and left me in charge of my nieces) *sigh*
178.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like you got lots of exercise, running after your nieces and squeezing in those mini sessions. Well done you for getting some "formal" exercise in, under different circumstances. Now..... back to the exercise ad eating routine :-)
