Ok, here we go - fresh clean start - for starters, I'd say you need to start logging all of your food (and your intentional exercise) in your diet calendar. That way, you (and your buddies like me) can get a better picture of what your eating habits are truly like and where you can make some changes/improvements! Do you have a smart phone? I love having the Calorie Counter app downloaded on my phone - it makes tracking things SO much easier! What's your game plan for exercise? Do you play sports? Do you belong to a gym? Do you run? :) I'm all about getting to know you and figure out how you tick so that I can help you! Also, feel free to journal more often - I journal about all sorts of random stuff (not always weight/food/exercise related) and it really helps get things out there and find common ground with people who are on the same journey!

Thanks! Yes, I have the app installed on my blackberry, I always forget I have it but I'm going to make a strong effort to make sure I record every day. I do have a gym pass to my school gym, but that runs out at the end of this month. However I do have a treadmill, eliptical and a bike along with some weights at my house - as well as some exercise videos (P90X, 30 day shred) that I will start to use as well. :)
