So...week two at the same weight. I'm actually pretty psyched about it! Here's why: -I was sick, then I got better -Then I celebrated my husband's birthday -Then I hurt my toes (and forgave my husband) -Then I went on vacation and ate things that I haven't eaten in a while -Then I walked and walked and walked during vacation -Then I got sicker than I was the first time and have been basically confined to my couch for 3 days
Thus, me weighing the same is a very good achievement! Of course I feel awful and I don't think that I can breathe well enough to go to the gym for a few more days BUT I didn't go down a horrible spiral and lose my progress and damn, that feels pretty good!
