Saturday, I went over my calorie limit due to a Holiday meal, but I kept under most of the week. I was able to take some long walks over two miles during the week as well as my usual exercise. While my progress isn't outstanding, it's still progress.
168.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
