3000 cal food a day workout 5 days a week trying to get bigger
213.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2947 kcal Fat: 109.11g | Prot: 208.77g | Carb: 283.51g.   Breakfast: Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans, Yellow Sweet Corn, Skinless Chicken Breast. Lunch: Cooked Dry White Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Leg (Skin Eaten), Scalloped Potato, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless (Coating Eaten). Dinner: Oreo Mini Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Frigo Light Mozzarella Cheese Stick, Doritos Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips (49.6g), Cheeseburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun. Snacks/Other: Banana Puddings. more...
