67.9 kg 22.3 body fat. After the upward trend of the last couple of days, it's nice to see some "movement"!😨😨😨
Yesterday turned out to be a day of accidental fasting after my breakfast of coffee and 3 (three) big chunks of banana bread. But at least it's finished now😃😃😃
149.7 lb Lost so far: 39.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
