Hi guys, I only just sat down for a cuppa and my watch vibrated and told me to get my butt moving lol it would seem that there is no rest for the wicked lol l will finish my cuppa and get ready for a trip to the gym.
233.5 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 35.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
