A drop of 700g overnight, more than my whole last weeks loss. But so it should. I've been good. I don't cheat, I know what caused my weight gain now as I've lost 35.5 kg now without any exercise yet due to recovering from an op on my peronneal tendon. I knew There wasn't anything wrong, or anything else I could do, because I was still dropping in size, and my fat was sucking up. Whether it's stress, a reaction to food, or just a plain old weight loss plateau, the only option is to stay focussed and ride it out. Stay strong. Giving in to comfort food is no longer an option to me. I used retail therapy this weekend to occupy my mind and surrounded myself with people, friends, and went out. Don't stay locked up in your house staring at your fridge and scales. Get up, moving and thinking. Even if it's only out to the garden with the dog, or talking to your roses, or your weeds (my place 😂). Only 2.2 kg to my next goal of 65 kg now, my second last goal. Onwards and downwards. ❤️
148.2 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

amazing job serenity! you are an inspiration ! i love reading you progress notes. i have two questions. are you still on lchf/1200 cal? what are your macros ? thanks so much

Hi sahlabbb. I keep my carbs to about 80 to 100g per day, about 1/2 to 2/3 of what is recommended on a 1200 cal per day eating plan. My fats do go over a bit (40 to 50g /day) and proteins too (40 to 60g/day)but I dont worry about them. You need protein to burn fat anyway. I just don't go berserk. As long as they are good fats like avocado its fine and limited bad fats. I'll stick to the 1200 cals per day until I reach my final goal and then re-assess my eating plan. There is so much more I do like watch fibre. it needs to be high, 25 to 30 g per day especially when you eat red meat, plus water needs to be sufficient then too. 1.5 to 2 litres. And I'm always aware of hidden sugars. Sugars the enemy. So I have carbs still but smaller portions or swap brown rice for white, or sweet potato instead of normal potato. Hope that makes sense.
