Seeing how fast I lost those Kg, you all were right, it was all water retention. 48h fasting did the trick, and because I'm feeling fine I'll carry on for another day or more, depends on how I'll feel
146.2 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
