lost 2 ponds that is a great start i guess, i'm finding that stress makes me wanna eat and after i get off work (which is after *p.m.) i tend to wanna eat! convinced my friend jennie to start back on the plan with me!!! so that comforting to know i'm not doing it alone
136.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
