i pretty much let myself down this week, i let one person get under my skin and ofcourse i grabbed everything i could shove in my mouth cause it made me feel better. /stress has not been my friend ,butwhen i get pissed off i eat to calm down. there has got to be a better way! i will start over again one day at a time and hopefully do better

day 4 and i've all three meals plus snacks and still i banked 2 points. i think they need to close every cookie and candy store in the mall 'cause if not i won't be able to shop out there. I am looking to talk to anyone who is in the weight watchers group!!! hit me up desperately seeking support!!

lost 2 ponds that is a great start i guess, i'm finding that stress makes me wanna eat and after i get off work (which is after *p.m.) i tend to wanna eat! convinced my friend jennie to start back on the plan with me!!! so that comforting to know i'm not doing it alone

today was a tough day i was tempted by every sugary snack in the store. i manage to stay away from sugary sodas and ice cream my point system is 20 points(weight watchers) my total total points for the day was 22! I had 2 cookies!
