Starts taking:

Morning:
- L-Carnitine
- Thyroid Energy
158.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I am on L- carnitine too. I don't take much of it as I have lots of supplements to take, I do need a thyroid test that my doctor refuses to do as years back I had borderline hypothyroidism, and it is truly something treated LESS in men than in women as many more women than men have issues with it.
